These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.ofoghetalaei.com (the “Website”) and all services provided by Al Ufuq Al Dahabi Tourism L.L.C. (“Company”, “Al Ufuq Al Dahabi”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing the Website, submitting an application, creating a booking, making a payment, or using any service offered by the Company, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable policies published on the Website.

ARTICLE 1

1.5 Government Authority

means any UAE governmental body, including but not limited to ICP, GDRFA, Immigration Authorities, Customs, Border Control, Ministries, Embassies or Consulates.

1.6 Third-Party Supplier

means any airline, hotel, insurance provider, transportation provider, payment service provider or other supplier involved in providing the requested service.


ARTICLE 2

Acceptance of Terms

By using this Website, the Customer confirms that:

  • they are at least eighteen (18) years of age or are legally authorized to act on behalf of another person;
  • all information submitted is accurate, complete and truthful;
  • all documents provided are genuine and legally obtained;
  • they have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
  • they agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service where these conditions are not satisfied.


ARTICLE 3

Scope of Services

The Company provides tourism-related services through its Website.

These services may include visa assistance, hotel reservations, flight bookings, travel insurance, airport transfers, holiday packages and related travel services.

The Company acts as a facilitator and service provider only.

The Company is not a government authority and does not issue visas or make immigration decisions.

Certain services are provided through independent Third-Party Suppliers and Government Authorities.

The Company shall use reasonable care and professional skill in providing its services but cannot guarantee the availability or approval of any requested service.


ARTICLE 4

Orders and Service Requests

All applications, bookings and service requests submitted through the Website are subject to review and acceptance by the Company.

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance.

The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend or cancel any request for reasons including but not limited to:

  • incomplete documentation;
  • incorrect information;
  • payment authorization failure;
  • suspected fraud;
  • legal or regulatory restrictions;
  • service unavailability.

The Company may request additional documents or information before processing any application.


ARTICLE 5

Visa Processing

The Company provides professional assistance in preparing and submitting visa applications.

Visa approval, rejection, cancellation, validity period, duration of stay and entry permission are determined solely by the relevant UAE Government Authorities.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • visa approval;
  • immigration clearance;
  • entry into the UAE;
  • processing time;
  • approval following a previous rejection.

Payment for visa services shall not be interpreted as a guarantee that a visa will be granted.

The Customer acknowledges that all immigration decisions are final and remain outside the Company’s control.


ARTICLE 6

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer shall:

  • provide complete and accurate information;
  • submit valid and genuine documents;
  • maintain a passport with sufficient validity;
  • promptly provide any additional information requested by the Company or Government Authorities.

Required documents may include:

  • Passport Copy
  • National ID Card
  • Passport-size Photograph
  • Flight Reservation
  • Hotel Reservation
  • Travel Insurance
  • Return Ticket
  • Additional supporting documents where required.

The Customer accepts full responsibility for any rejection, delay or additional cost resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information.


ARTICLE 7

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.

Prices may include:

  • Government Fees;
  • Service Fees;
  • VAT (where applicable);
  • Third-Party Supplier Charges.

Payment must be received in full before the Company begins processing the requested service unless otherwise agreed.

Payments may be made using:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Samsung Pay
  • JCB
  • UnionPay

All transactions are processed through secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

The Company does not store Customers’ complete payment card details.


ARTICLE 8

Refunds and Cancellations

The Customer may cancel a request before the application has been submitted to the relevant Government Authority or Third-Party Supplier.

Where cancellation occurs before submission, the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund.

Once processing has commenced or an application has been submitted, Government Fees and Service Fees become non-refundable.

Visa rejection by the relevant Government Authority shall not entitle the Customer to any refund unless expressly stated otherwise in the Company’s Refund Policy.

Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within approximately 7–14 Business Days, subject to banking procedures.


ARTICLE 9

Service Delivery

The Company’s services are primarily digital and administrative in nature.

Travel documents, visa approvals, booking confirmations and other service documents are generally delivered electronically via:

  • Email;
  • WhatsApp;
  • Secure electronic communication.

Delivery times displayed on the Website are estimates only and depend upon Government Authorities and Third-Party Suppliers.

The Company shall not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.


ARTICLE 10

Fraud Prevention and Compliance

The Company operates a strict fraud prevention programme.

The Company reserves the right to verify the identity of any Customer and request additional documentation before or after payment.

The Company may suspend, reject or cancel any transaction where fraud, unauthorized payment, forged documentation, identity theft, money laundering or other unlawful activity is suspected.

Where required by applicable law, the Company may report suspicious transactions to payment service providers, financial institutions or competent authorities.

Any attempt to obtain services through fraudulent means or to initiate an unjustified chargeback may result in cancellation of services and legal action.

ARTICLE 11

Customer Representations and Warranties

By submitting an application or purchasing any service through the Website, the Customer represents and warrants that:

11.1 All information provided to the Company is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.

11.2 All documents submitted are authentic, valid, legally obtained, and belong to the Customer or the person whom the Customer is legally authorized to represent.

11.3 The Customer has carefully reviewed all information before submission and accepts full responsibility for any errors or omissions.

11.4 The Customer understands that providing false, misleading, incomplete, forged, or altered information may result in immediate rejection of the application without refund and may expose the Customer to legal consequences under applicable laws.

11.5 The Customer acknowledges that the Company relies entirely upon the information and documents supplied by the Customer when providing its services.


ARTICLE 12

Third-Party Services

Certain services offered through the Website are provided by independent Third-Party Suppliers.

These suppliers may include:

  • UAE Government Authorities
  • Airlines
  • Hotels
  • Insurance Companies
  • Transportation Providers
  • Payment Service Providers
  • Other Travel Service Providers

The Company acts solely as an intermediary for such services.

Accordingly, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • delays;
  • cancellations;
  • schedule changes;
  • supplier insolvency;
  • refusal of service;
  • overbooking;
  • service interruptions;

The Customer agrees that any applicable terms and conditions imposed by such Third-Party Suppliers shall also apply.

  • travel bookings;
  • customer support;
  • payment verification;
  • fraud prevention;
  • compliance with applicable laws.

The Company may share Customer information only where necessary with:

  • Government Authorities;
  • Airlines;
  • Hotels;
  • Insurance Providers;
  • Payment Service Providers;
  • Banking Institutions;
  • Technology Providers;
  • Other authorized service partners.

The Company does not sell or rent personal information to unrelated third parties.

ARTICLE 14

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the Website and its contents remain the exclusive property of the Company.

  • airline cancellations;
  • hotel cancellations;
  • travel interruptions;
  • missed flights;
  • missed connections;
  • loss of profits;
  • loss of business;
  • indirect damages;
  • consequential damages;
  • incidental damages.

The Company shall not be responsible for losses arising from decisions made by Government Authorities or Third-Party Suppliers.


ARTICLE 16

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • floods;
  • earthquakes;
  • fires;
  • war;
  • terrorism;
  • epidemics;
  • pandemics;
  • government actions;
  • immigration policy changes;
  • airline disruptions;
  • airport closures;
  • cyber incidents;
  • internet outages;
  • labor disputes;
  • utility failures.

During such events, the Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to continue providing services whenever practicable.


ARTICLE 17

Chargeback Policy

The Customer agrees not to initiate any payment dispute or chargeback after the requested service has commenced or an application has been submitted.

Where an unjustified chargeback is initiated, the Company reserves the right to:

  • suspend current services;
  • terminate future services;
  • recover outstanding fees and administrative costs;
  • challenge the chargeback through the payment service provider;
  • report suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant financial institutions and competent authorities.

Nothing in this Article limits the Company’s legal rights under applicable law.


ARTICLE 18

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC)

The Company complies with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer requirements of the United Arab Emirates.

To comply with regulatory obligations, the Company may:

  • verify Customer identity;
  • request additional identification documents;
  • request proof of address;
  • request supporting financial information where appropriate;
  • delay processing pending successful verification.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in refusal or cancellation of the requested service.


ARTICLE 19

Compliance with Laws and Sanctions

The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

The Company shall not provide services where doing so would violate applicable laws, regulatory requirements, sanctions, embargoes, or governmental restrictions.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any transaction that may expose the Company to legal, financial, regulatory, or reputational risk.


ARTICLE 20

Electronic Communications

By using the Website, the Customer agrees to receive communications electronically.

Such communications may include:

  • WhatsApp messages;
  • SMS notifications;

ARTICLE 21

Pricing Errors

21.2 In the event of any typographical, technical, pricing, administrative, or system error, the Company reserves the right to:

  • cancel the affected order;
  • contact the Customer with the correct pricing;

  • issue a full refund if payment has already been received and the order cannot be fulfilled.

21.3 The Company shall not be obligated to provide any service based on an incorrect price resulting from an obvious error.

24.3 A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Entire Agreement

25.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the Company’s:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • Refund Policy;
  • Cancellation Policy;
  • Service Delivery Policy; and
  • any other policies published on the Website,

constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer regarding the use of the Website and the provision of services.

25.2 These Terms supersede all previous oral or written communications, representations, negotiations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.


ARTICLE 26

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

26.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

26.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Company’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

26.3 Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussions and negotiations.
