REFUND POLICY

ARTICLE 11 – Scope

This Refund Policy governs all payments made through www.ofoghetalaei.com for services provided by Al Ufuq Al Dahabi Tourism L.L.C.

ARTICLE 12 – Eligibility for Refund

ARTICLE 13 – Government Fees

Government Fees paid to UAE Government Authorities are non-refundable once an application has been submitted.

The Company has no authority to recover or reimburse Government Fees after submission.

Customers acknowledge and accept this condition before completing payment.


ARTICLE 14 – Service Fees

The Company’s professional Service Fees cover consultation, document review, application preparation, administrative processing, coordination, and customer support.

Once processing has commenced, these Service Fees become non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.


ARTICLE 15 – Visa Refusal

Visa approval remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant UAE Government Authorities.

A visa refusal, rejection, cancellation, or delay shall not by itself create any entitlement to a refund.


ARTICLE 16 – Customer-Caused Rejection

No refund shall be payable where an application is rejected or delayed due to:

  • inaccurate information;
  • incomplete documentation;
  • forged or altered documents;
  • expired travel documents;
  • failure to satisfy Immigration requirements;
  • failure to respond to requests for additional information.

The Customer bears sole responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of all submitted information.


ARTICLE 17 – Duplicate Payments

Where a Customer has unintentionally made duplicate payments for the same transaction, the Company will review the payment records.

If a duplicate payment is confirmed, the excess amount will be refunded using the original payment method whenever reasonably practicable.


ARTICLE 18 – Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall normally be processed within 7–14 Business Days.

Actual processing times may vary depending upon:

  • the payment provider;
  • the issuing bank;
  • card network procedures; and
  • applicable banking regulations.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.


ARTICLE 19 – Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, refunds shall not be available for:

  • processed applications;
  • Government Fees;
  • administrative work already performed;
  • digital documents already delivered; or

  • payment verification fails;
  • fraudulent activity is suspected;
  • required documentation is not provided;
  • legal or regulatory obligations prevent completion of the service; or
  • circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control make performance impossible.

ARTICLE 26 – Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any inability to cancel or modify a service due to events beyond its reasonable control, including Government actions, Immigration decisions, airline disruptions, natural disasters, technical failures, or other Force Majeure events.


ARTICLE 27 – Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for submitting cancellation requests in a timely manner.

Failure to notify the Company before processing begins may result in the loss of refund eligibility.
